Uncovering Unconscious BiasVirtual Workshop - presented by Lorne Epstein We have partnered with Lorne Epstein, SHRM-SCP, to lead an experiential workshop via Zoom on Uncovering Unconscious Bias. This program will be submitted for 1.5 hours of credit through HRCI and SHRM In this workshop, you will learn what unconscious bias is, how it affects workplace relationships and decision-making, and how you can mitigate it with the self, in teams, and for the organization. Research demonstrates that individuals who are highly aware of their decision-making process can see how unconscious bias influences their thinking. This awareness opens their mind to a broader set of choices and improves their ability to reach their intended outcomes. You will come to understand the unconscious influences that are limiting the scope of your decision-making.
