Presented by Christine Chariton &  Anne Johnson, PHR, GTM Payroll Services

The way companies do business shifted dramatically in 2020. Strategies changed across the board, from how new employees are recruited and onboarded, to engaging and managing a workforce that, for many, is partially or fully working remotely. The business practices that arose out of necessity in 2020 will continue, so knowing these trends will help you to be successful now and in the future. Learn best practices for reducing turnover, hiring more efficiently, and enhancing company culture in 2021.

This program has been submitted for one credit hour through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) & Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
