Brian is the author of The 10 Habits of Influential Leadership and has been a featured presenter at Disrupt HR, CRHRA, ADKHRA, NonProfit University, and many other venues. Brian is also the creator and host of the highly rated podcast Lead With Impact and the LinkedIn Workplace Culture Mastermind group.

Brian lives in upstate New York where he enjoys geeking out on HR and culture, playing music, sipping hot coffee, and going for a daily run (especially in the spring).

Tom has been a staple in the recruitment realm for over 15 years working with businesses throughout the Capital District, small and large. Prior to this part of his career, he worked for 10 years as a leader and manager in the publishing industry. Tom brings with him broad training and relationship building experience.

In recent years, he has served as President of CRRN, and currently is on the Board of Directors for the Home Made Theater. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Saratoga, and is a CultureTalk Certified Partner. One of the many people wearing multiple hats these days, he spends most of his time helping organizations find answers to workforce challenges with Alaant Workforce Solutions; in addition to partnering with local companies to build stronger culture, engagement and leadership programs through Build Better Culture.
