Tim has provided strategic solutions while an HR professional for over three decades with the General Electric Company. He led global organizational change, designed socio-tech 'greenfield' manufacturing plants, drove team building methodologies, and assessed/coached executives.

Katie Garippa is an HR Director at AngioDynamics in Latham and has 13 years of experience in HR. She has worked at other local organizations such as GE and Charter Communications. She has a variety of experiences with organizational design, employee relations, and talent development.
