Through a unique blend of services, a collaborative approach, and encouraging people to think outside the box. In case you are wondering, she received her Business Management degree with concentrations in psychology and labor relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a true business geek, who loves learning and staying on top of the ever-changing landscape. As a result of her passion for learning, she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with designations from both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (SPHR). She is also a Certified Employee Assistance Coaching Specialist (EA-CS™) and she is certified in Mental Health First Aid. There is one critical thing she wants you to know, and it goes way beyond her love for HR, business, and connecting people to the right resources. She has a mission-driven soul and has found purpose in life by giving back and serving her community. In fact, she has formed the Give Back & Impact community service program within Integra that has hosted multiple donation drives to benefit numerous agencies serving our most vulnerable populations in the Capital Region. In addition, she regularly volunteers and actively supports a variety of charitable organizations in the Greater Capital Region and gives voice to those causes. She also currently serves as a member of the Board of Education for the East Greenbush Central School District and she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the East Greenbush Education Foundation.
