New York State and Federal Law require employers to engage in the interactive process and provide reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities. Refresh your recollection on an employer's obligations with respect to accommodations and discuss how the COVID-19 Pandemic has impacted the accommodation process and the ultimate determination of whether a requested accommodation is reasonable or not

Learn the ins and outs of the legally required accommodation process under New York State's Human Rights Law and the federal American Disabilities Act including:

Erin Callahan and Heather Diddel are partners in Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP's Labor and Employment Practice Group. They represent clients in a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including employment discrimination cases and other labor and employment matters in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies.
