The 2026 CRHRA Wage & Benefit Survey is Now Open!  

CRHRA is celebrating 80 years of supporting HR professionals across the Capital Region, and what better way to honor that legacy than by strengthening the data our community relies on. As organizations continue navigating competitive hiring markets and shifting compensation trends, the CRHRA 2026 Compensation and Benefits Survey gives you the clear, local insights you need to plan confidently for the year ahead. Your participation helps build a stronger regional benchmark and keeps our HR community thriving as we finish our 80th year.

If You Are A New Participant: 

1. On the login page, click the I want to register link. 
2. Fill out the registration form and click the Register button
3. After you register, you will receive an email with a temporary password to login. 
4. The site is case sensitive.  On the login page, enter your email address all in lower case and the temporary password exact.  I recommend you copy and paste it in the box.
5. As a new user you will be forced to change your password to something you are more familiar with. 
6. Once you change your password, login with your updated password.  On the home page you will see the 2026 CRHRA Wage & Benefit Survey task.  Click the pencil icon to begin the survey. 

Who can participate?

All HR professionals, talent leaders, and compensation practitioners in the Capital Region are invited to participate. Organizations of all sizes and industries are welcome.

What type of information will members be asked for in the survey?

Participants will be asked to provide compensation data for all employees, including base pay, variable pay, and benefits information. The survey may also include questions about organizational size, industry, and structure to support accurate benchmarking.

How will the information be kept confidential?

All submitted data will be stored securely and reported only in aggregate form. Individual responses will never be shared, and no identifying information will appear in the final results. Who will have access to the submitted information, and how will the data be used?

Only the designated survey administrators (Astron Solutions) will have access to raw submissions. The information will be used solely to produce the final compensation report and to support regional benchmarking for HR professionals.  

What will participants receive in return?

Participants will receive complimentary access to the full compensation report once it is published. This includes detailed benchmarking data that can support salary planning, budgeting, and talent strategy decisions.

When do we expect to have the results available?

We anticipate releasing the final report in late October. This timeline allows for data validation, analysis, and formatting to ensure accuracy and usability.

Can you get the results if you don't take the survey? Is there a cost?

Non‑participants may purchase the final report for a fee. CRHRA members who complete the survey will receive the report at no cost.

What is the deadline to participate?

The deadline to submit responses is Friday, October 2.

What is the time commitment? Can the survey be saved and returned to?

The survey takes approximately three hours to complete, depending on the complexity of your organization’s compensation structure. You can save your progress at any time and return later to finish.

Any other information we might need to know?

Accurate and complete data strengthens the value of the final report for the entire region. We encourage participants to gather compensation information in advance to streamline the process. If multiple team members are involved, coordinate internally to ensure consistency.
