SHRM Membership & CRHRA Membership are extraordinary on their own, but when they are combined, the real magic happens! Membership is extended to:
Managers/owners of firms providing human resource services, who are current members of SHRM.
Individuals who have been a SHRM Student Chapter Member immediately prior to their graduating from college.
SHRM Student Chapter Members do not have voting rights and may not hold office, or chair a committee in the chapter. Student Chapter Members are encouraged to participate on committees.

Monthly EVENTs
Ordinarily scheduled on the second Wednesday of the month, September through June. Each meeting allows members the opportunity to network and share information. Guest speakers are invited to share their expertise with members. Meetings/programs may be approved for recertification credit through HRCI and SHRM.
Communications
Our monthly e-newsletter is distributed to all members informing them of upcoming programs, workshops, and important issues of interest to Human Resources Professionals. This website offers current information about the monthly programs, presentations, job postings, links to valuable resources, and committee information. You’ll also receive periodic email blasts informing you of the latest and greatest happenings in HR and with CRHRA.
Professional Certification
National recognition is available to members through successful completion of the programs sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our chapter sponsors a study group twice each year for our members to prepare to take the exam.
HR Leadership Program
Offered every other year, this program brings together HR professionals with diverse backgrounds who demonstrated leadership potential for the purpose of making them better equipped to assume leadership responsibilities within their organization and HR community.
Ask An Advisor Resource
Consisting of local, seasoned Human Resource professionals, in a variety of industries, who are here to provide advice and guidance, whether your concern is a practical workplace issue or a matter of your personal career development. Regardless of age or career tenure, we believe that all CRHRA members have something to offer each other. This benefit provides you the opportunity and resources as a member of CRHRA to seek guidance and is easily accessible! Many of our advisors can be found at our monthly programs.
