The focus of the SHRM Foundation is to expand access to work and help workers and workplaces thrive through three interconnected pools:

-        Widen pathways to work

-        Strengthen the HR field

-        Tackle societal challenges

The SHRM Foundation provides learning opportunities and scholarships for current and aspiring HR professionals.  CRHRA provides an avenue for our guests and members to support the foundation through donations.
