CRHRA may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site. CRHRA does not control third-party web sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third-party web site. Purchases and Returns/Refunds

Purchases:

• By completing a purchase on the Web Site, you are agreeing to pay the listed price for the selected item(s), including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
• We accept various payment methods. The Web Site is equipped to handle credit card payments at checkout. If you require a different form of payment (cash, check), please email [email protected].
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Returns/Refunds:

• We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out. Due to the nature of our services (monthly events, annual conference, sponsorship opportunities), we operate on a case-by-case refund policy.
• If you wish to request a return/refund, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order at [email protected].
• In your request, please specify the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
• A member of CRHRA (board or volunteer) will review your request and provide further instructions based on your specific situation.

Additional Information:

• We reserve the right to limit or deny returns/refunds at our sole discretion.
• It may take up to seven (7) business days to process your return and issue a refund (if applicable). Refunds are subject to delays implemented by our online service provider.

Indemnification

Subject to the availability of lawful appropriations and consistent with Section 8 of the New York State Court of Claims Act, You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CRHRA and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same, from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, claims, damages and liabilities for any final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction related to or associated with your use of the Web Site and any violation of this Terms of Use by you, to the extent attributable to the negligence of the State or of its officers or employees when acting within the course and scope of their employment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
